They're okay. IMO the Echos are better. Better fit and comfort. Nothing matches the comfort of the Oofos though. Whatever kind of cushion they're using feels like nothing else on the market. The closest thing I could compare it to is something like a New Balance fresh foam x 1080.

It depends on state and municipal law. Check the code in your area. It could be a misdemeanor. You don't want to lose out on opportunities because you wore slides barefoot.

forget value bro. Life is short. What you really want is the best of the best. even if it's not the best value. I tried these. along with a bunch of others. The Crocs Echo. oofos. sketchers go recover , which is basically an oofos knock off but feels not as squishy. Also telec. Conclusion is, none of them are perfect, all of them have some compromises. The Oofos are unmatched in that cushion. Yes the regular version of the slide is $60 and rarely goes on sale unless it's a made in China fake. The real ones are made in Vietnam and feel totally different. Nothing else feels the same, even the similarly priced clones like the Go Recover or the Telec. The Crocs Echos are maybe the best all around even though I prefer to wear the Oofos around the house more often. The Mellows are solid though and for sure a good value if you get them on sale. But it also depends on what you care about. I care about comfort and proper fit above all. For me, the Echo fit the best and is the most versatile but the Oofos have comfort like nothing else on the market. I was skeptical but it's legit.
