Interesting, I have the beeman.177 hollow point and wadcutter pellets I occasionally use in my Crosman 1077 c02 rifle, Excellent for aluminum can targets, . And also, beeman.22 pointed pellets for my 2240 and 2260 c02 guns, Works great for targets 40 foot distance. And that is excellent modification you've done on your Crosman, thanks for great video, 👍

My 1377 now has the stock, breech and barrel off an old rat catcher .22. No mods to the valve. As I only use it to shoot metal silhouette and spinner targets at ranges between 10 and 20 yards I find 4 pumps at 10 yards and 5 pumps at 20 yards to be more than adequate. I also have it set up with a very old Weaver challenger C4W scope which I bought second hand in the mid 1980s. For more serious shooting I use a HW80 or my BSA pcp rifles.

0:17 I'm not sure why but the stock 1377 1322 valve is special. I've seen overpump videos trying to push the valve to its limits I believe he pumped 25 times before he started getting valve lock . .it was shooting riffle speeds in the 600s in 22 cal . The valve I'm running was modified. It has a tad more capacity, is flat top and a flat top piston with Boss Buddy transfer port. I can go to 20 pumps but that's too much work for plinking.

@@theoutdoorslifetv3200 I het ot feels good to know if you did have to dispatch and animal that you could pump high enough to be humane , Im right there with you though , my favorite activity RE airguns is punching paper . I just got back from a shooting trip and will post some stuff today , Its not too deep , my wife decided she was coming with me so not super deep content . Just working on teaching her proper form , it's a work in progress but she had fun

I just installed the Crosman stock and Crosman red dot on mine. I am wondering since the red dot does not have a locking mechanism once zeroed in, how easy does it get unzeroed when storing the 1377 away?

It shouldn’t. I keep a bore sight in my kit and I make a dot on a 4x4 paper target where it lined up last time I used it. Never had any issues.
