I'm glad it sucks. The Crossbow in Cold War was obnoxiously OP and they never nerfed it. A crossbow should be a shittly little weapon that you use just as a challenge. I will say, they should at least improve the "bolt velocity" a bit, improve the speed of re-chambering a new bolt, and at least give you 4 bolts instead of 2.
