Always hits. You're right about the bass: they do love their reggae and dub. They programmed Rage one night (music video show on ABC TV) and selected Little Axe 'Storm is Rising'... impeccable taste.

This is my favourite song of theirs. Tex looked a bit more burnt when he played in Perth. Tex had a buttoned shirt, that was open. It was a pretty hot day, when I went for Spring time. Can’t complain, as my niece attended the next day and got soaking wet. One of their songs was an instrumental.

Seems like a perfect time and combination of bands to go and revisit Tex, Don and Charlie. 'Sitting in a Bar' - version with Don Walker talking about it while driving the car is definitely worth a listen. Great song writing - sure to make you smile.
