I think the laugh you hear that sounds so creepy is definitely the brothers laugh, but because its so creepy is when the brother plays a prank on the child and scares him in his head he hears that creepy laugh since he might see his brother as an evil person always out there to scare him. Which might explain the reason he never stops crying even when the brothers gone, hes paranoid as heck.

This actually goes to show that The Bite of ‘83 is actually WAY darker than you would think... If yall think Michael was just pranking his brother when that is NOT the case, Michael was actually tormenting The Crying Child so have severe PTSD of Fredbear to the point of always crying. (This is NOT my opinion) because according to the mini games, in the past Michael had been traumatizing C.C every day leading up to the day it happened (And because of that on the day it happened, C.C would pretty much see Fredbear as his #1 FEAR + also at this point, C.C pretty much has extreme anxiety and PTSD towards Fredbear to the point where he would literally cry harder if he ever gets closer to the animatronics. It's even MORE sad of the fact that since he was also a crybaby, he would have LITERALLY lost it when the bullies put him in Fredbears mouth. (I mean by literally straight up Bawling the most you ever had) (And If you guys think he would be still begging, that's CLEARLY not realistic because He would be straight up crying so hard since he's literally being shoved into the mouth of his #1 FEAR after being tormented for weeks to fear this thing until the bullies decided to traumatize him the most by doing this on his birthday because A. part of doing this was because Michael was such a bad brother who literally went further than just pranking and decided to torment The Crying Child because he probably enjoys seeing him sob whenever he terrifies him with the foxy mask or doing other activities that will make his brother sob even harder. B. Due to Elizabeths death, William wanted to keep his children as far away as possible from the animatronics in hopes of not losing another child. He allowed Michael to scare the Crying Child because he thinks that this will help "motivate" The Crying Child to NEVER go back to Fredbear's which he thinks this will save The Crying Child from being killed. but Michael decided to make Tormenting even worse due to part A. above ^)
