I disagree with Shafi's definition of Utopia. She said, in Utopia, everything is encrypted everywhere and we compute homomorphically on our data. In my humble opinion, in Utopia, we don't need encryption at all; everyone is honest; no one violates each other's data and personal space.

Develop a program to create random character sets and (one/many) time pads from a set of random mouse movements. Then using sets of designer fonts and glyphs to create a picture that embodies those glyphs that will portray the character set, one time pad and password. Pass the picture through a cloak value function that on every generation creates a new character set, one time pad and password. Only the correct cloak value entered to decrypt the picture will reveal the password to open it using steganography to reveal the picture's content. The sender and receiver will need to know the cloak value. The picture itself contains the character set, one time pad and password. Recreating the picture by selecting the exact glyphs used from different font sets will result in a character set, one time pad and password. This will not open the picture. That is were the cloak value comes in. Entering the cloak value, the program will cycle through until it hits that value. This will end up with the correct character set, one time pad and password to open the picture. If the cloak value is 1000000000, on my machine about 1minite per million, so about 16 hours to process the cloak value. See were I am going with this? :-)
