Brilliantly enlightening, clear, practical essay on the depth and breadth of personal, family, and community healing synonymous with and inherent in Anishinaabe cultural/spiritual identity. Chi-miigwech for living it as well as teaching it. --Carson

Hello Anton. I am a biomedical scientist who is interested in highlighting indigenous culture, by exploring the old medicine ways, and expressing them in scientific terms of the western world. In this way we can be thankful for, and glorify indigenous culture. I hope we can visit someday about these things. I enjoy your content very much.

I am really convinced that the western diet is the main health problem here in the US, and the farther you are away from the European decent, the more susceptible we are. Yes I agree we need to decolonize our diet.
