Hello Jeremmy, start small. pray for a couple minutes. for instance, worship for about 5 minutes, pray for 10 minutes. So let’s say i start praying for 15 minutes a day, then i do that for about a week and the next week, i add 5 more minutes. keep adding 5. but make it reasonable, so you don’t burden yourself. The Holy Spirit will surely make prayer easy for you. Remembering also that consistency is far important than long hours monday and no prayer tuesday and thursday. be consistent :)
