Hey man, I found this vid by accident and let’s say I have a similar situation. Except I can’t go out to the gym or much else with me it’s senseless and it happened due to a bad mentality involved with school. And spiraled from there (yes I started a sentence with and) I’m doing somewhat better now and I just want to leave this here for the next person. Progress isn’t just forward. It’s more like moving. You can move forward great progress backwards too. But just keep moving forward. Thanks I see a loft of vids talking about depression but not a lot to those who became hallowed and hardened by something. Thanks.
