I see people telling you to stop discouraging others; they can never understand you because they have never lived abroad. A friend once told me in Scotland that you will never understand the equation of abroad until you come there. All you saying is true, because I have lived abroad. Abroad is tougher than Nigeria except that you enjoy good infrastructure and security but in terms of being financial comfortable, getting a good job and getting permanent residency, omoh, it's tough.

Thanks for sharing your experience; you are spot on. The video is meant to help people re-examine their reasons for immigrating, and help them arrive at a firm decision. People's experience abroad tends to be different, just as back home. Nothing is absolute and no two experiences are the same, even in the same city. Still pro-immigration nonetheless!

Thanks for the insights. There's a key point missing when Which is age. Age is a real determining factor from my experience living in the UK. It will be difficult to secure a mortgage if you're over Forty years old. The older you are the higher your down payment. Except for experienced professionals. For non-professionals, age is a determining factor. Thank you

Thanks for sharing your experience about the UK. However, in Canada, it is illegal for a mortgage lender to decline an application based solely on age.
