why is it that the skeleton arm voodoo doll skip can be used in normal but not mega monkey?

Well, it's not that it doesn't work in Mega-Monkey, the issue is that you'll need the biscuit, the scissors and the pie pan from Plunder to progress (and currently we can only do the skip before getting those items)
