It has actually been 7 seasons of unthinkable discoveries. Here are some of the major ones. In smiths cove, the so far 12 structures discovered here basically since it all began. The most recent being the one that looks like a foundation to an old fashioned log cabin that was found a few weeks back in the newly constructed bump out area of the smiths cove dig site. In the swamp, more surveyors stakes that were made of oak, birch, cedar, and ash have been found in a similar area to where the others that were a lot longer way back in the 4th season. And finally on the beach of smiths cove evidence of a possible second slipway have been found. A few cribbing spikes along with a half of a decking spike were found as well. The decking spike was used to secure the planking that could be found on a vessel from the 17 or 1800s. The large cribbing spikes were used to join the logs together that could have made up this possible second slipway.

Is it me or does Rick Lagina appear to be serious and quiet in Season 7? Since Dan Blankenship's transition, Rick has been different. It is as if something is going on with his mental attitude or maybe his health and because of it, the brothers have switched roles and kept what is going on with Rick only between the closest partners. Marty appears to be doing the majority of the speaking and taking on the reigns to the activities on the island. Rick, I noticed, has a business seriousness to him which is odd for his general character. _"Thumbs up"_ if you noticed this too.

Light Being - I’ve noticed this too.

I get the impression that Rick Lagina, as well as everyone else up at Oak Island, has a pretty good idea of what Oak Island is all about (e.g. what REALLY is at the bottom of Dan Blankenship's Borehole 10-X in the cavern, what the Money Pit "still" contains, etc...), what was originally placed or entombed beneath Oak Island and who the original depositors were and where they were from. But Rick Lagina is under contract and is not at liberty to divulge anything. Also, money talks and, at this stage of the game, Rick is probably going along with this ongoing top-rated Number One Reality TV show. IMHO.....

@catdancing60144 жыл бұрын
You may very well be more correct then you know. That witch we are watching now is close to a year old and with all the past review footage that is added to each story line it is hard to tell just where we are being 'buffalo herded'. I have a tee shirt that reads "Why are we in this hand basket, and where are we going". This show brings this saying to light. The opening statements declare "That one more person must die" in order to complete the curse and thereby the treasure will be found. This is of course a failed prediction as nine people that have been linked to the search have died, three just within the last two years. The producers of this show are going to milk this show for all it is worth and if it means dragging their feet in order to make things more interesting that is what is going to happen. If there is ever a big find it most certainly will be made a very big issue as a 'Great big televised grand opening spectacular'. just as was done with the opening of Al Capones secret vault room many years ago. It was a great big fizzle. I truly hope that something big is found and everyone becomes great big happy and rich. Quite frankly, I would not mind being proven wrong in my doubts. We drill potash mines in the prairies faster then these guys dig a money pit and those go down a mile with alot more issues to handle. 2 guys a bucket, winch, some open cassions and a few bags of hydraulic concrete and this "story" would be over. The history channel has been gobbling up canadian tax credits and funding for years. NS gave almost 2m last year for this "show" . So since it rips off federal and provincial funds to be scripted "reality tv" you have to understand the taxpayer backlash.
