The CURSED Energizer Is Actually Good Now... BTD6 / Bloons TD 6 - as a tower known for its supporting capabilities for basically the whole game's history, this recent change now makes it do lots of damage!

7:02 After testing, the sub needs to be submerged to get the +50% exp boost. If it’s unsubmerged, then you won’t get the buff.

Is it sufficient to submerge it at the end of a round? Because then you could just do that and get both.

I remember XQC doing a similar strat for a bloonarius fight where he would stack subs in the bottom right and spam glue on the map for range. People called him stupid then, but look at it now hahaha.

@@majesticeagle6629 Yep. It's crazy how they crippled the Sub paragon before it even released. The ability takes *15* seconds to fire, during which it *can't* use it's main attack, does mediocre damage by itself, and the nuclear waste damage is RNG. The submerged passive is either not worth it compared to the unsubmerged paragon, or it's a straight up *nerf* to your towers, which is crazy. And despite its price, the paragon is not a huge damage dealer on the scale of the Doomship. There is almost no situation where you want to rush *this* paragon specifically.
