Dear Javier I don't really understand the point for Democracy. Maybe you could explain to me why you think (if so) a democracy would be superior to a Monarchy abiding by Gods will. My suggestion would be a Monarch who'd need to be qualified for his tasks and who'd take advise from qualified Brahmanas (priests) and saintly persons on what he should and shouldn't do. God himself generally classifies People into four groups namely: Brahmanas (Priest class), Kshatriyas (Warrior, Aristocrats which is the class out of which a king is generally from), Vaishyas (Merchants, Landlords) and Shudras (Laborer) according to their qualification. The State is then compared to a Human in which all of the Varnas (classes) have an individual role to do to keep the State functioning. So without the arms the body will die, without the head the body will die and so on. In saying none of the classes can survive without each other. And if they work well together very well, everything is going smooth and nice. But if the arms cut of the head well of course it's gonna be chaos. Please let me know what you think about this.
