Jesse basically explained why the Rooney Rule shouldn't exist,If an owner brings in a minority to interview is he doing it cause he's interested or just cause he has too,that will hang over the coach forever also why can't the owner of a team be able to hire who ever they wan't no question's asked.

My concern is the Joneses not Salah. He probably won't be given the autonomy or resources needed to really build his team in Dallas just like McCarthy.

We need a coach with a spine and someone who is not going to put up with his players. Saleh would be a great hire. Cowboys shouldve hired Dan Cambell at look how that turned out. I like Saleh or Pete Carrol would be a great hire too.
