I truly appreciate this video. I’m in Buffalo NY, moving to Dallas next month. I’m glad you touched on the go-getter anxiety of NY. I notice how lax my Dallas friends are and I need to acquire a little bit of that. Buffalo is a dying city. I know that in Dallas my business will have better growth and I will have a great work life balance.

First time I saw one of your videos was several years ago. I was living in Little Rock but didn’t think I’d ever be able to move to Texas. I’m now coming up on my 2nd year in Houston 😂. You and a few other channels kept me positive when I was down about my dreams not materializing the way I thought they would.

Great video; I'm from Brooklyn, and I'm planning on moving to Dallas in the next few months. I'm an engineer in the data center space, and I know Dallas is one of the biggest data center markets in the country so this is one of my main motivators for moving amongst others. That being said, thank you for your refreshing and precise take on the differences between expectation and reality in Dallas. This is the first time I've ever watched a full 40 minute video of this format, you're an excellent speaker. One thing that you didn't touch on that I am concerned about is tornadoes. How big of an issue has that been for you?

I appreciate you frfr. I first saw your channel 5yrs ago as i was preparing to move to TX. Ive been here the past 4 years and let me tell you the whole racist thing is nothing like people make it seem. I live in fort worth and as i was looking for a place i naturally saw a city called white settlement 😂 and it was only called that because the person that discovered it had the last name white but let my family tell it, it ment no blacks😂 nevertheless since being here my views on life have completely changed and ill be a advocate for tx for the rest of my life
