The dam on the Lomnica River, Karpacz, Poland

The dam on the Lomnica River is one of the interesting attractions of Karpacz, worth seeing. You can reach it from the main promenade, through the park along Rybacka street.
The dam on the Lomnica River in Karpacz was built between 1910 and 1915, with a crown of about 105 meters in length.
It was built to prevent flooding. The water reservoir created by it collects excess rainwater.
