I like that she separates ppl who just don’t curse or rarely versus those that substitute or censor. I get it outside of certain times like around kids, etc. but then, I am that guy on this one, but ppl are self censoring on words they know ppl will judge them for. Not Hot take: Aaron Donald is basically the non suspended version of Ndamukong Suh. He has done similar things as Suh and most recently went full on Myles Garrett swinging a helmet. Only difference being Garrett only swung once and was suspended for his actions. Practice or not, he should be suspended at least the same as Garrett.

I'm the program director at 9.5 FM, WFHR in central Wis. We have gone through two dramatically different owners in the last year...and a lot of change before that. It's tense & we've lost some listeners. Still, my team is still here. No one lost there job. We are an 80 year old station and we're still here. I'll take that as a win. Know you all are going through a lot, may have lost some people. Keep fighting, it will be worth it. Just a shout out from us fellow radio-people that it will get better. It will be worth it.
