I didnt realize how much I missed John Amaechi until this interview. Holy shit some of the stuff you see in this world just wears u down makes u question what the point is but the way he looks at things and gives you a sense of hope just makes me so happy.

Agreed, and I'm as far from a "Trumper" as you can get. Someone who was born as a male and grew up through their formative years with the benefits of testosterone fortifying and strengthening their bodies would have a distinct advantage when transitioning to a female if the choose to compete in certain sports. A boy becomes a man with the aid of testosterone allowing for more muscle growth, stronger tendons, larger skeletal structure etc. In explosive sports such as UFC, boxing, hockey, soccer, lacrose, track and field field, weight-lifting etc. ,undeniably someone who was a man until they were 25 or later would utterly dominate physically. In the UFC there is a trans women fighter whom before they transitioned was some kind of Special Forces badass in the Military. Perhaps some has to be seriously injured or maybe even killed for people to look at this a little more sensibly, politics aside. On this one, Amaechi comes across like someone flattening a row of cars with a steamroller, while blasting Motzart.
