From this reminder we learn that missing out optional prayers will have a bad effect on other things such as we will be lazy in performing sunnah and fardh prayers. To the extend that iman may be taken away. We need to follow the sahabah's their was no categories of fardh wajib and sunnah in the time of sahabah their would always read fardh sunnah and nafl prayers May Allah allow us to remain stradfast on islam and may Allah allow us to follow in the footsteps of the sahabahs.. Ameen

What we can learn from this is to have a mindset where we are continuously seeking to improve, rather than thinking about the easy route to take in our worship. Having laziness leads us to a lower degree in our worship and causes us to decline. We should try to be the best in our worship and always do everything according to excellence, and that is worshiping Allāh according to the sunnah. May Allāh Ta’ālā give us the ability to live and die on the sunnah. Āmīn.

Why do we reduce our salaah ? Just to do some wordly works and those works would never finished and one day our life will finish and then there would be no time to pray any nawafil or sunnahs 😢 What if our faraidh werent good enough then what will we rely on
