As we overcome stereotypes of females it is also fascinating to look at men’s challenges sometimes…as in hiring solely based on sex & race/color…if that makes any sense…

Good information. I would disagree that Mata Hari was something new or unique for her era. Mata Hari was a classic honey trap and I would argue that she was not particularly new or unique. Honey trapping is thousands of years old and is still common in the worlds of espionage and organized crime. Edit: It's a mistake to think that only women act as honey traps. Men commonly do it too, but seem to be viewed as less trashy for doing it.
