The Dangers of a Critical Spirit

What are the dangers of a critical spirit? This passage reminds us of the hypocrisy and destructiveness of being judgmental of others. Although it is wise to discern good from evil, when we compare ourselves to others, we are far more likely to err on the side of sin. Being critical of others is destructive not only to our own hearts but also to our relationships with others.

I know a person that always complain, critical, prideful. He not a happy person. I only deal with the person because of the minor child. I maintain my boundaries with the person so he toxic behavior won’t effect me in a negative way. It not easy but this message, other sermons, learning about toxic people is very beneficial in dealing with people. They are everywhere.
