The Dangers of Medical Jargon

2 tabs twice a day is written that way to save time it’s written that way because we can’t expect the patient to do a medication calculation. It’s not jargon it’s the clear word for something . If we use lay terms it’s gets rid of clarity. So our documentation should and needs to have the proper terminology.
