Great info thank you. I've bought all of these brands before and only looked at the carb count... not the actual ingredients!!! After seeing this, I won't be buying them anymore.

I go 16:8, with 2 meals in that 8 hour window. Brunch example: 3 bacon rashers and 2 eggs in butter. Dinner example: 1.5 medium sized porterhouse steaks barbecued with hunk of butter. Salt to taste. These tend to fill me up - no hunger, no snacking. Drink mineral water with one LMNT sachet. We’re all different though. Hope that helps.
