The DANKEST OTK of ALL TIME! Dreadsteed Combo! | Hearthstone

The goal of this Hearthstone Reno Warlock OTK combo deck is to use Dreaded Mount combined with Zephrys the Great! We do this by creating 6 copies of Dreadsteed with Dreaded Mount, Carnivorous Cube, and Teron Gorefiend. Then, on the combo turn we play Wicked Whispers and Zephrys to obtain Bloodlust for the OTK! That warlock made me miss old plot twist warlock. Genuine control with a nice long quest completion and you had to work to hit the right draws with the upgraded hero power. Just beautiful control warlock things.

Dreadsteed is actually my favorite card of all time, I'll be sure to try this deck next month when I'm at low ranks. Love it when the opponent tries to kill it before reading the card.

Did you consider using Grim Rally vs Wicked Whispers? It's not really the biggest deal but it can guarantee you have the extra space for Zephyrs, and if you don't have a minion remaining on board, you can always just use it on Zephyrs. Just in case you run into a situation like with Reno but you don't have a way to remove him.

I think it won't work because Zephrys won't register lethal possibility unless the Dreadsteeds are 2/2. The only way would be making a 7th Dreadsteed spawn, but this also has some implications regarding being board locked.

As a long-time dreadsteed enthusiast (deck includes renounce darkness + witch's cauldron) I recommend using drakkari enchanter to multiply steeds. I also run serpent ward in those decks because of all the synergy... yes, I am aware it's a terrible idea, but it can still get you to diamond. I should build the newest iteration, thanks for the reminder. I've been too occupied with maestra + wyrmrest purifier.
