I get that Riley is upset that Danny lied, but I am unhappy that Riley has been so Ben-centric for most of this entire season. The writers had a chance to give us a strong relationship, but instead opted out. And I don't think Danny had strong feelings for Sam enough for Diley to break up.

+Jennie Cha So true! There were no major scenes or story lines for Danny and Riley with exception of the first and last episode of that season. So disappointing. And I think it was so lame for RIley to break up Danny just because he lied about having sex one time with her years ago. It should have been a fight and she should get over it. It was like the writers were just trying to think of something to break them apart. I swear this network always does this to the couples we love most.

Yeah it seemed like the writers needed an excuse to break them up and there was just no way Danny could ever cheat on Riley, so they had him tell that lie. But that isn't a good enough reason to break up since it happened so many years ago.

If they are the Ross and Rachel of baby daddy, they need to be apart after getting together. Here's why: Rachel thought Ross was the one person that would never betray her. Danny is the one guy that she thought would be the one guy that didn't hurt her. Although he didn't remember, he slept with the one person Riley hated in high school, even more so now. And Ben was in love with Sam so Danny betrayed Riley and his brother. They should be apart until the show finally ends, hopefully not anytime soon. But until then, I say bring back either Fitch or Philip.

+Nailart gal I have to totally disagree with you. I don't remember all of the Friends episodes, but I recall several episodes based around Rachel and Ross when they were together. And they had a few fights before they eventually broke up. But with Danny and Riley, this season did not show much of them as a couple besides the first episode and the season finale where the break up came out of nowhere. Ross and Rachel were apart for so many years that I stop caring for them I would be very mad if they waited until the series finale to bring Danny and Riley back together. This season seemed like a waste for Danny and Riley's first relationship. They should not be apart for more than a season This damn network always keeping the couples we want together apart.
