@@kathybelanger2092 I’m saging MULTIPLE times a day, praying, saying mantras, getting under the shower 🚿 oddly seems to help a lot. getting out in nature, walking, singing, rebuking them verbally to leave my mind, body, heart & soul. I’m calling on the highest of high angels to assist in expelling the entities or spirits that are infiltrating my thoughts. Try not to let you emotions get to high which can be difficult as this seems to invoke them in.. if I cry or feel myself getting angry out of nowhere I know there their.
