The original instrumentation is almost unplayable live thanks to instruments and space requirements. The original instrumentation is: 9 horns, 6 trombones, 1 trumpet, 2 toms, bass drum, taiko, a lot of electronics, piano (in the last few bars only), 3 groups of violins, 2 groups of viola, 4 groups of cellos and 2 groups of double basses.
