I think that it goes something like this: you get a program that is able to isolate certain audio frequencies from the film until only the music remains. Then it is a simple matter of recording it. I guess this because all of the music he has uploaded so far has been a semitone up in pitch when compared to the original soundtrack on the CD. This is a common side effect of writing media to a DVD, and it happens every time. If you have any other movie soundtracks, try it with a DVD.
