But one thing is very clear; that the clock was ticking for both Shannan and Nicole were both pregnant around the same time and Nicole is a total narcissist and a witch. Her friend, Jim, is an interesting one. I firmly believe that men and women can be completely platonic, but i have often wondered what chrissy boy thought about him. Given how chris was infatuated, to the point of obsession, would he have been completely chill with the fact another man was sleeping over at his girlfriend's apartment? Another interesting observation when it comes to Jim, is how NK calls jim almost immediately preceding or proceeding her calls with chris. I cant remember which KZbin video i saw, but they highlighted all the calls on NKs phone log and it is thought provoking.

She was there that night, absolutely. 💯 I've followed this case and AD for years. Poor AD has gotten SO much hate, people have doxed him, he got de@tb threats, you name it. Too many coincidences as well as things that don't add up in this case. Why did CBI immediately rule Nichol out and allow her and her daddy to call the shots during these so called "interviews?" Jim is Nichol's "best friend." Many people believe he was involved too because a red car is caught on the neighbors surveillance that fateful night. Jim had a red car at that time.

If they would have done their jobs right from the beginning; including asking Chris about both Shannan and the kids on the lie detector; instead of just Shannan; They would have probably found out that she was responsible for the loss of those precious babies and was there when everything happened and it is why she wanted proof that he was there to dispose of the bodies and wasn’t able to sleep that night. They even allowed NK to refuse having her alibi checked out or even have him questioned; and told her friend to say “no comments” to any questions asked of her about what all she may have known. How does this even happen?

I'm suspecting she was at the house that night "laying in wait". I believe Chris said in jailhouse interview to detectives after his guilty verdict, that he smothered the girls 1st, before he did away with his beautiful wife & was surprised when one of the girls came in during the "process ". Asking "what's wrong with Mommy"? I think NK tried to do away with the girls because Chris wouldn't be able to, but wasn't successful. She probably was laying low in the basement till they left that morning to dump the bodies. It's so obvious NK was involved. So maddening NK isn't charged! If they had a female detective interviewing her from the start, a tough one, perhaps things would have turned out differently. Such bullshit NK got away with...if not murder but all the other crimes such as deleting texts, emails, lying to the police etc! Infuriating!!

I believe NK helped hold Shannan down. I don’t believe Chris for a second that she didn’t try to fight. That would explain the lack of defensive wounds on Shannan and one scratch on Chris. I believe once Shannan realized what was happening she screamed before they strangled her and that’s why her daughter walked in. It’s so disturbing to know this evil woman got away with everything.

I truly hope that they do reopen this case and do a lot more investigating. I don’t believe that they should simply stop any ongoing investigations just because someone admits to their crime and states that they are guilty in court.
