I think this is the essence of what you’re trying to express: A person needs to pursue valuable experiences and self-cultivation. The discipline and growth they naturally obtain will prevent them from being swallowed up by whatever vices they indulge in later. You’ll enjoy those vices more and they’ll be more memorable once you don’t feel guilty and empty./ I think It’s good but choose a balance that you won’t regret later.

I'm gonna say this right now, you're like 15, and I get that in this age we have trouble feeling "behind" but I assure you this is not the way to deal with these feelings. I go to the gym 5 days a week, for 3 years now, I've been eating healthy for a while and I will say that there is genuinely nothing wrong with having fun, playing videogames, taking it easy, because I assure you you will not be happy working, even if you're successful. Do you want to know what the biggest regret for men is on their deathbed? "I wish I didn't work too hard". Never ONCE has anyone regretted not working hard enough, because instead of retiring with millions those who didn't work as hard retired with memories and family by their side. You can either have 2 of the 3, high salary, work life balance and family, you cannot have 3 at once so you might as well have 2 of the last. I assure you you will NOT be happy giving up videogames (assuming it's one of your favourite hobbies). I ask you this, if you claim that the gym >>> videogames, how exactly is it impossible to fit BOTH into a schedule? You should not really be working out for more than 2 hours anyway, 8 hours to sleep you have 14 hours to fit in your hobbies

@@Abdulafay123 "Until I'm successful, I don't deserve enjoyment"? No, dude, you need to live your life. If you want to be healthy and happy you need to find a balance between recreation, work, and rest. If you spend all your free time doing work in hopes that it'll make you happy in the future, you'll find that you spent your entire childhood, which is when many people have the most enjoyment in their lives, in misery. Not to mention how spending all your time working is horrible for your mental health. You said you were 15 in another comment, which means you only have 3 more years to actually be a kid. Have fun with those years. Live your life. I'm not saying you shouldn't work towards your goals, if that's what you want to do then go for it! But they shouldn't be the only thing you spend your time doing, because you will regret it very dearly once you're grown and don't have time to have fun like you can right now

@@Abdulafay123 I realized in another comment you said everyone should be like this but you just explained why you do this. This is what fits your lifestyle and how you go about things. Everyone is different and not everyone should strive to be the same because then we are clones. We only live once and to only focus on the future takes yourself away from the present. Do you want to be thirty looking back on the childhood you missed? I saw you said you were 15 im 16 rn in high school and i can feel my childhood slowly fading away into adulthood. It sucks and I wish i could go back so don't try to grow up to quick man. Its good you wanna improve but make room for the present is all im saying.
@Abdulafay12324 күн бұрын
@@ParoxysmicDevice yea thanks for your constructive response bro appreciate it! Let me give you my answer to it just as well constructed as yours. :) No I don’t think everyone should be the same however everyone should have a purpose And I’m actually happy my childhood is fading away because I know I’m really putting work in to this KZbin channel and in the next 3 years when I’m 18 I’ll be so much further into progress and I’ll be able to retire my mom. That’s the problem that we are faced with why wouldn’t you want to sacrifice the present? You can’t build six pack in 1 day you need to sacrifice for YEARS and only then will you have a six pack same with your life goal,business etc. Sacrifice so your future self can be proud and enjoy being successful and providing for his family.

Good efforts taken to explain the beginners who are embracing self improvement to be better in their realms of life... However you need to also realize that the value u get from video game is subjective, because there are many people with different taste in video game genre.. So my point is that video game is not also bad and it is not also good.. it's as lifeless as a rock, people play it because of different BELIEVES and MYTHS. The audience is scared and then they have a FORCED MINDSET into quiting their habit (neither bad nor good) So pls try to teach them how to change their preferences (provided they want to)
