আমি তোমার মতো একজন প্রবাসী ।থাকি লন্ডনে। আছি প্রায় ৪৫ বছর ধরে। যখন এসেছিলাম তখন ছিলাম তোমার মতো বয়স। আমিও তোমার মতো অনেক ভুগেছি , ঠিক একইরকম অভিজ্ঞতা আমার হয়েছে। শীত কাল মোটেও ভালো লাগতো না। ডিপ্রেসানে ভুগতাম। একটাই পরিকল্পনা ছিল এই দেশ থেকে পালাবো । সেই পালানো আর হলনা। ফেলে রাখা সেই দেশ কালের বিবর্তনে অন্য রকম হোয়ে গেছে । দেশ নয় দেশের মানুষরা। সে গল্প আর একদিন বলবো যদি শুনতে চাও । আমি সেই অভিজ্ঞতা নিয়ে লেখা লেখি আরম্ভ করে দিয়েছি।

Having a few close friends with whom we can regularly hang out and have deep, meaningful conversations is truly a blessing. I'd also like to add that being physically active during the winter can be incredibly helpful. It's a good idea to start engaging in winter sports or activities, such as hiking, snowshoeing, skiing etc. This way, we can actually start enjoying winter and looking forward to it, rather than dreading it and wishing it would be over. আরো কিছু সমস্যা আছে যেটা বাইরে যাওয়ার পরে ফেস করা লাগে সেগুলো ও বলবেন আশা করি। কারন বর্তমান প্রজন্মের মধ্য এখন এইসব ইনফ্লুয়েন্সার দের মটিভেশন ভিডিও দেখে মনে ঢুকে গেছে যেভাবেই হোক বিদেশ যেয়ে পা ফেলতে পারলেই আমি সাক্সেস। সেখানেও যে অনেক কিছু ফেস করা লাগে সেটা তারা ভাবেও না। তাই এই বিষয়ে আরো বিস্তর আলাপ আশা করছি।
