Just want to say thank you for showing your cards you don't play. So many volgers just show hands they play and win it's nice to not only see you get bad cards for long periods of time but also pots you loose to as well I appreciate that and it helps as well. Jay from Tennessee 😎

Bluff with either 1. High equity draws with no showdown value 2. On boards where you have major range advantage or nut advantage 3. Against capped ranges

Dude, you can't fold every single suited connector. Wtf? Your range is only like 20 hands. Pocket pairs, big aces, and strong broadways. How are you folding every j9 suited 97 suited 86 suited etc etc every time?

@Pokerbabbo charts? You folded 65 suited in the hijack with no raise before you. That's extreme nit. The J9 suited hand I can't see what position you are in but even the solvers open it in every position after utg2. Dude you have to play more hands to win in live poker. Everyone competent will know you are only playing top 10% of hands and exploit you. That's why you are burnt out because you sit folding all day.

There is nothing more I regret than the almost decade spent playing poker for a living at the peak of my youth. Wasting my German brain sitting at online/live tables trying to finess other people out of money instead of using my intelligence to engineer and contribute to my community. Poker is a game for leisure on a Friday night after a long week of working on things of value.

There’s nothing I regret less than playing poker for a living giving me the liberty to spend most of the day with my family, be able to provide for them and take time off when I want. My priority is my family, maybe one day when I have more money or influence I’ll think about society

That's a bs answer to justify your life. I guarantee when the lights go out you question your purpose and whether or not you'll feel you've done something real with your life when you're older. You're hiding behind family to justify wasting your capability.

I like your newfound aggression. Though in this episode I think the bluff spots you picked were pretty marginal. Bluffing on boards where any pair makes a boat is generally ill advised in 1/3 and 2/5. People just don’t fold boats. I am enjoying watching your play progress though. Good luck man!

Bro, in the AK hand, u described him as loose aggressive. Why are u trying to bluff loose players? First rule of poker: Dont bluff loose players. They are non-believers who automatically put raisers on AK/AQ and will call down with medium pocket pairs. He wasnt lying when he said he wouldve called if he missed the river. Thats what they do. Balancing against them will cost u a lot of money. Against others, size up on the turn bet when a flopped flush draw is possible because future other opponents will think that u were not trying to charge flush draws, so u must not have a high pocket pair like u were trying to represent. Also, check ur bet timing. U might be taking longer with AK/AQ bluffs than with overpairs and might have a bet timing tell. Just something to think about. Dont bluff on 3 of a kind flops like in ur AAA flop. Full houses are not going to fold because its extremely unlikely that u have quads. Yes u raised pf, but yes they dont fold full houses. Also no need to announce the obvious of what we're seeing when u announce the trash hands that ur folding because theres no analysis to them. When we see ur 72, we're saying 72 in our heads because thats what we're seeing, and when u also say it, its redundant, and since its a lot of trash hands, its not a good audible part of the vlog. Just showing the trash hands is good and more than enough. If this was an audio podcast instead of a visual vlog, then it would be useful to announce folded hands. At the end the money loss seemed really disappointing to u when it should just be water off a duck's back. This implies that ur on a short roll for 1k buy ins and/or that u use part of ur winnings for expenses, which u shouldnt do unless u have like a 30k bankroll. If u dont have 30k, no shame in just buying in for 100bb's ($500) to the 2/5 game to lower the game to ur bankroll in a sense, lower the stress and lower the burnout. GL in future sessions.

had a good night on friday. up$ 770 in 7 hours at 1-2-3 game. i only play a few times a month. I laid Ak down on A,Q,4,2 board, only lost 60$ on the hand, dude had set of queens, saved my whole night prlly, as i folded a 100$ turn bet. I got a universal live tell that seems to be consistantly correct, which is y I laid down the AK. Live tells can make a huge difference long term imo.

Thank you for showing all the hands that you were folding , sorry to say this but you bluffed at the wrong boards and folded the hands to a single bet when you shouldn’t have , like that K9 hand , there was a good chance that your opponent was drawing to a flush and you were holding one over and a gut shot , even uf you didn’t hit a J for straight or a K for top pair , if there was no hearts on the turn and river you could have probably take it down by bluffing the turn or river ، with pocket 6 you should always raise if there is no raise in front of you and mandatory C bet on the flop , on the soft table that everyone was folding to a single raise preflop why did you fold 22 under the gun , you know that if you flop a set with that no one will put you on set of duces and you can win a massive pot , you also played to tight folding too many suited connectors and one or two gapers , you can loose 10 small 15 or 20 dollar bets with them , but once you make a hand you can easily win a few hundred dollar pot, I hope you don’t think I criticized your game , just advise from an old man who has been playing the game for more than 4 decades 😊, English is my second language , excuse me if there is flaws in my writing or I may sound rude due to language and cultural barriers, wish you the best of luck in your poker journey, I used to grind and play the game for money back in the 80s and 90s , now I don’t need the money but I am in love with the game and just enjoy playing at the stakes that win or loose doesn’t matter and has no impact on my life , once again , best of luck to you from Iran

@ashleymartin6521 Hold em players come to plo and overvalue their hands. You get people betting pot with a pair of Aces when in plo that's dogshit. You see two pairs betting into flush and straight draws and they get frustrated when the draws hit. You might have me beat with 2 pair on the flop but if I'm drawing to a flush or straight I play it out unless the board pairs. Same idea with sets. In plo you rarely are drawing dead, that's what makes it fun.
