Sure, he's not the best at presenting his case, but zooming out, he is still right that we eat wrong, don't exercise, and then take a drug for "maintenance" as a crutch to make us feel like obesity is "not our fault".... so in that way, I support the larger scale point he is making.

If you smoke cannabis all the time, not just sometimes but everyday from morning to evening so that you are always high you also have no hunger or appetite. When i stopped smoking i gained over 17kg in a year and now since half a year about 9kg down again. Now im stopping again to gain some weight back. Its insane how easy it is. But sometime its hard so stop smoking again 😅

7 minutes into the episode and you can already find false statements, and half-truths. On top of that, the guy is so self-confident, he can do harm to people that do not verify what comes out of his mouth. I don't usually comment on your episodes, but this is such an interesting topic (!) it should be done the right way. Like c'mon, did you pick this guy, or is it about him promoting the just-released book?

This guy is advocating shrooms…A much healthier alternative is to find friends that will tell u the truth, encourage you to work through hard things and who will be there for u during hard times. Also, prayer on a regular basis can also help. Don’t recommend a substance that will change your brain chemistry forever, recommend a lifestyle change.

@engineeredaf19203 ай бұрын
Bro they’re not truth bombs. It’s a guy with great delivery sprinkling all the anti-med, anti-pharma talking points. If you’re overweight in America and you see a GP, the first thing they’re going to do is talk to you about diet and exercise. A family medicine resident(at Stanford, ironically) even set up an appointment for me with a nutritionist. The “system” may seem like it’s against diet and exercise and holistic health, but individual practitioners aren’t. The problem is patients wont diet and don’t exercise. So do you let these people rot until they end up in the ER? Or do you medicate them and improve their quality of life?
