Commending doesnt do anything anymore, at least before dlc. I have tested it alot, purposely getting dodgy and commending with two other xboxes. 3 hours and 38 commends later and still dodgy. Testing by going afk in a job allowed me to shed one bs point every half hour. I tested this 1,2,3 then 4 hrs all the way to 10 hrs, each time going back to being dodgy.
