On Attachment Styles she completely left out the 4th style which is Disorganized Attachment also called Fearful Avoidant. It is a style that tends to swing between being Dismissive Avoidant and Anxious Preoccupied. Fearful Avoidants tend to lean one way or the other, but they can switch depending on how a partner triggers them.
