Those first two seasons for Anderson were truly fantastic. I honestly believed he could’ve been the best player in the world… but he just didn’t have the desire. A bad car accident, injuries and putting on timber and a party boy lifestyle scuppered his potential. Such a shame, but we still loved him.

We would have gotten alot more of anderson if he played on the wing or as an cam.. I remember being a kid and watching anderson at u17 dominating in those positions.. years later when he bought him from porto i was so hype and happy

I am happy that I saw great MAN U in action 20 years ago... VDS, Rooney, Scholes, Giggs, Nani, Evans, CR7, EVRA, Berba.... I dont even believe that in the past all of them was in one team... but now, under 7 different useless managers immortal United became mortal.. its hard to watch them these day.. Hope new manager more or less will bring back glory for MANU...

I remember we were long time into getting NEUER and probably going to try to again sign him the summer after this match, fell apart when he gifted Utd those goals. Fergie would never chase a player with that mentality.
