They needed a way to survive and evolution gave them. What is truly scary is that is not necessary the human hand. What it takes is just a push in the right (wrong) direction. Insects. Rats. Cats and dogs. Humans.
@-aprilmornings-23133 жыл бұрын
@@simonepontiggia6153 um they already hijack insects , the grasshopper/crickets. Also, it is possible for the insect to survive its “takeover” if only one is in the body, it kills them when they are forced to water and exit the body, either it drowns, gets eaten by a fish( this is why grasshoppers/crickets stay away from big bodies of water it’s an instinctual behavior) or more than one exits the body tearing it apart. It’s terrifying , look it up. There not that little either and can grow fairly long . Also, scientists do not know how they hijack the brain just that it does.
@simonepontiggia61533 жыл бұрын
@@-aprilmornings-2313 what I meant is " now they use insects but in future they will use rat, then evolve and use cats and dogs. And at last they will be able to take even us" I already knew what these worms do but what scare me is, if pushed, few generation and they could change enough to parasite greater insect, little mammals or fishes. Just look to bacteria and insects, continue evolving and grow resistant to antibiotics and insecticide.

@jare34593 жыл бұрын
does matter if they need it or not the human body could not hold 100 liters of water without dropping dead from over hydration
@el_presidente3 жыл бұрын
People with severe diebetes drink 20 liters a day. 100 liters might be a stretch but feasible if the host dies anyways
@mikuculus37203 жыл бұрын
The humans aren’t absorbing it, the worm is. That’s why they don’t gain weight. Although it doesn’t make since that a work would be able to hold that much mass.
