Beautiful message and thank you. Start learning and trading a little since 2019. I blew up slowly from July 2021 through November 2021. It was a very low point in my Journey along with some family losses and theft incident..Depression was pressing its way in.. Although it was hard and I decided to say eff it and I started paper trading, back testing and journaling (which I never had done) that sad November of 2021 all the way up until now and still going! I love it and I've learned soooo much. The screen time has been invaluable.. Who paper trades for a year??? Well. IM HAPPY TO SAY I DO! Once I've earned enough I will be back into my live account but trading with smaller size. Slow growth is the name of the game. Great video Hannah. Thank you for your transparency. I passed my challenge phase 1 and 2 in a month in total then i got my live account went down to -8% and I know i can build it back up because phase 2 I was 8% down and manage to bring it back up to break even in a week and then passed within few days but I've lost motivation and feel like giving up even though I know its possible seeing this video made me realise I'm really close and shouldn't give up thank you.

Oh Hannah, this one struck a cord with me, and nearly brought me to tears. We not only have these moments once, we not only have these moments trading, but we have these moments routinely through life. No matter what level we are at trading, no matter where we are in life, we have to keep pushing, we have to keep giving that extra 1%. Bc if we just push a little more eif we just give a little more, of we just keep trying one more day..... ... There is no telling what might happen, what break through we might have, even what luck or blessing may come our way. Even if it's people struggling with their health be it mental or physical, just pushing a little bit more just going that one step further when you think you can't keep going. That is the strategic edge to not just trading but to life as a whole. And to anyone reading this that is in the middle of their struggle, don't give up. When you think you can't keep going just give that extra 1% and push back a little harder. AMD KEEP DOING THAT!!!!!!!!!!

yep - perseverence and having a vision: two great attributes. I also found that one has to trust that whatever is happening needs to happen: joyful or even if it is painful - especially as, somewhere along the way, we (our very selves) managed to get ourselves into this position i.e. we acknowledge our responsibility in, at the very least, co-creating our reality. We always have a choice even if all the options may seem unpalatable to our way of thinking. Oops - sorry Hannah, this is just my way of supporting 100% of what you said in your video. Oh, and yes, meditating helps in so many ways.....
