15:45-16:00 a lot of time when I reflect back (in a neutral or more positive mental set) I feel like this and I wonder why I was so sad, depressed, not making the best out of it. I truly envy people who make the best out of every situation. I feel like I dont know how to live life better. If others are driving a good porsche on a smooth highway I feel like I'm driving a beat up car on a bumpy country side road where I can't see the next corner. Oh Gabrielle, I adore you! I wish I knew where you were in your menstrual cycle when you feel this anxiety and dark cloud circling inside of you - I feel this is hormone related. I suffered terribly with anxiety for years and managed to heal completely in my late twenties. I see so many women on this rollercoaster of emotions within themselves; highs and lows, struggling with angst and worry, and it's so often related to the hormone cycle - and there are ways, with food, nourishment and herbs to support you that's so easy and life enhancing. You don’t neeeeed much. You need food, home, family, love okay a bit of money. But you don’t neeeeed much more. You want it. This is a place of self. The self is unkind, fragile, inconsistent. Omg the fringe is back!!! when you had a fringe the last time it inspired me cut mine 🥹🥹 you look so good. If you ever feel like its looking a little weird when it grows - I got it cut again and connected the side pieces of hair to the fringe (like dakota johnson's hair) so the fringe cascades to the rest of my hair and it helps so much when it grows out!! ❤

N’ayant pas de social media je serais très heureuse de participer à un live KZbin avec toi et Ricciardo ! Ce soir j’ai bu un verre de rouge avec ma Maman et on a discuté de l’Italie, qu’elle aime beaucoup pour sa beauté et sa richesse, et on a finit par parler de Persol (car je lui partageait brièvement votre vie à tous les deux et à quel point suivre tes vidéos m’aide à croire en l’amour etc) bref, et elle m’a expliqué pourquoi elle aimait tant cette marque. Ma mère travaillait comme étalagiste et avait l’habitude de mettre les lunettes Persol en avant donc pendant 30 ans elle a suivi la marque être fidèle à sa qualité, à son histoire, son élégance et son perfectionnisme. On a passé un très beau moment à parler de qualité, de simplicité aussi de la marque (elle m’a dit qu’ils n’avaient pas changé d’étuis en tant d’années hihi). Que la fermeture de la branche était ingénieuse et que les femmes qui portaient Persol avaient une certaine personnalité et étaient élégantes sans être bling bling. Elle m’a décrit les plus beaux looks qu’elle avait vu à Venise et elle a eu des frissons décrivant les ruelles et les souvenirs qui s’y cachaient. J’ai voyagé le temps d’une soirée avec ma Maman et c’est aussi grâce à toi / vous. Je voulais te le partager car je pense que c’est important de partager en retour. Belle soirée et tu es splendide avec la frange !

Ça serait trop sympa de se rencontrer ! On pourrait faire un jour à Milan ou une soirée avec toi ou tu filmes nos discussions ! Il y a une nana que je suis sur insta elle fait ça j’aime trop! 3 fois par an elle rencontre ses abonnées et passe un moment avec elles, elle tire au sort 5 personnes environ par sondage story, et elle fait une activité avec ses abonnées par exemple elles avaient créé leur rouge à lèvres l’année dernière puis mangé ensembles le soir, là pour Noël elle fait repas de Noël et soirée pyjama etc Trop belle ta frange 😍

The struggle is so real. I write for a living, for documentaries, tv fiction etc. I started to work again, when my son was 3 month old, but I had to stop when he started pulling himself up with around 8 month old. Since then I haven‘t really done any big projects. He is 2,5 years now…he goes to daycare, but only every second week, because then he becomes ill with some cold or children‘s disease. Which I then get as well. I have no idea how I can work again. His daddy‘s job is really demanding and supports us well, but the care work for house and child lies on me 100%. Also German taxation laws really incentivize that one person is gaining less in a marriage. 🎉

OMG, I knew that I like you because we have some similarities :D, but this just amazes me. The situation that you described when you were smoking! I think I sensed exactly the same state that I sometimes feel, and I believe others do too , but for some reason, I don't believe they feel exactly the same, so I can't trust them :D I want to say that it’s definitely related to your period! And it will get better! Sometimes it’s the same even without the period, but the combination is... hehe, it’s just so crazy, that in some moments I’m like, "What is going on?" Sometimes I feel so sad, but if you ask me why, I don't even have any thoughts in my head , and it's like I’m traveling in a small boat in the big sea, rocked by visions of everything being wrong now, the big fear for the future, sadness, some random beautiful inspiration, and frightened. Everything will get better and be okay! It's weird how the physical body and the other (let's say soul) combine and function together :) Love you , don`t worry , breathe ! :D :)

Ma chère Gabrielle, un petit commentaire pour t’aider je l’espère 😊 pour gérer ton anxiété, ton stress, as-tu essayé le yoga et/ou la meditation ? J’étais comme toi, anxieuse de nature, éternelle insatisfaite, « control freak »… et le yoga et la méditation m’aidaient à garder le control de mes émotions et à les canaliser. Tu as conscience d’avoir une vie merveilleuse, il faut donc juste que tu parviennes à chasser ces nuages qui t’embêtent et reprendre le contrôle pour savourer encore plus de tout ce bonheur que tu as la chance d’avoir. Savoure le, profites en, et prends du recul, car tout peux s’arrêter en une fraction de seconde 😢 (ce qui a été le cas pour moi 💔) Un petit message donc de quelqu’un passée de l’autre côté du miroir, savoir ma douce Gabrielle, et ne laisse pas ces nuages coloniser ce magnifique ciel bleu qui est ta vie.
