Does gaining more speed before the jump help also the deeper knee bend for balance?

Speed definitely helps with jumping, but only if you can control it 😏 When I work on new jumps, I go a tiny bit faster because it helps with height too, but I don’t want to go too fast that I can’t control the power. It’s a hard balance 🤔

Yes I don’t enjoy the pops either. But it’s part of my process so I had to show it 🙈🥲 Don’t you think it’s a mistake if the viewers thought everything came so easily?
