Messi is in his own class. Nobody ever was close to him. There were players with great numbers in terms of goals, there were players with insane dribbling skills, there were players with insane vision. Messi got all of them. That s a complete player. Top scorer top assist top dribbler at 30+. People don t understand that you cannot train what Messi does. For example Neymar can do all Ronaldo tricks and he does it way more efficiently. Ibra can score any of Cristiano goals. But what Messi does it s pure talent. He feels the defenders the game. He don t make fancy tricks and still best dribbler... how can that be? Take Messi goals and he is still best dribbler and best assister constant. In a team usually there are 2-3 players (1 finisher, 1 dribbler, 1 assister). Messi is all three by him self and that is pretty hard to achive and mentain at top level against such hard competition around the world. So i keep my point because it common sense for a football fan wich understand the dynamic of the game how much Messi does in a game and how little Ronaldo does in comparation to him. No more comparisons messi just won 2 international titles as best player recently while ronaldo won euros sitting down watching his team win it for him... even though ronaldo did score important goals in euros for his team, messi skills are way above him and the rest, being top goal scorer and assistant while scoring more freekicks, dribbles, chances etc in tournaments is just unheard of from any player.. ronaldo yes is complete but messi far more complete even if ronaldo has a more powerful right leg, messi is just crazy efficient and has been more consistent than any other player in the world yes including ronaldo...
