IIRC the War Doctor's Sonic prop on screen was a modified CO Fourth Doctor Screwdriver toy, so painted plastic with some metal elements. Rubbertoe's replica is surprisingly inaccurate since it's all metal! I think LittleShopProps' version is probably gonna be the closest to the real thing.
