Teaching “through the Bible “ is always tainted , or skewed if you will, by the biases and life experiences of the person “ interpreting.” God/ Jesus comes like a thief in the night - meaning a thief sneaks up and is there and you don’t know it, therefore God /Jesus is always there wether you know it or not. The day of God has come …… it’s past, he’s here. The Bible says ,” beware of false prophets. “ so beware those who rely on others to prophesies for you. Do these present day “prophets” profit from you ? By money or attention and reverence ? Save your reverence for God. If God is omnipotent and omnipresent , He knows your heart and mind and you need only worry about following false prophets.

Thanks Janet, I think it is helpful and a blessing to study God's word, line by line in context. You get the entirety of God's Word, and have a harder time twisting Scripture to say something God did not mean.

For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.” But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.” ‭‭II Peter‬ ‭3:3-4, 8-9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ Hope this helps

@@RobertFurrow seeing on how Evangelicals treat others of different religions and lifestyles I’d say I’ve seen little to no evidence that Christianity is even being practiced today. The numbers of Evangelicals have been dropping for the last two decades. Another couple of decades more and the denomination will disappear altogether. That’s what I call a miracle

@Risk Taker God doesn't need my money. God owns the entire universe. Rather I am a steward of whatever God has given me. I gladly give God a tithe as my small way to say thanks for what He has given me. I am sorry you are hurting so deeply. Not everyone who claims to be a Christian is a Christian. Use the Bible to learn the truth about God. Don't rely on what man says. God loves you very much. In fact he loves you so much he gave his son to die on the cross for you. We are all sinners and it is only by God's grace and power that we get saved and will one day overcome our sins. God gave us all a choice. It would break my heart to think of you or anyone dying without being saved because after death comes God's judgement. God gives us a choice. God's will is that all would be saved but God isn't going to force himself on you or anyone. 💞

But it doesn't say "then " the Antichrist will be revealed it says "and" which means+ inclusive, you even said to yourself you didn't want to read things that will influence the way that you believe and you're doing it, and we cannot change any word. Or tittle for God will not be mocked and it does matter that we both believe in the 7-year because it changes the whole theology one word can change the whole Theology of a story of the Bible

Thank Anne, are you saying every time you say "and" its means Plus? It does not say The departure and Man of Sin will come first. It says the Departure First and the Man of Sin revealed.
