He HAS TO BE on the field when the enemy rushes in order to cancel buff effects. It works like LL 17 and Kid Buu, not Gofrieza, look at the effect applied when VB rushed, there was no "Cancel Buff Effect" and the endurance nulification of VB was still there. Rai's made the right decision.

4:34 I'll give you a tip Raiyu, if you know that your opponent has Rising Rush and you still have PicJr and WT Goku do the following: Immediately switch to PicJr, this is because when the opponent activates rising rush while PicJr is on the field he has a passive where it removes all buffs, in addition to reducing the count of all allies by 10. Therefore, you can switch to a character with endurance of your choice.

His endurance is the same as Sword of Hope Trunks. As in, it still can be nullified. Your opponent just can't remove it with a "Remove Buff Effects" proc.

Piccolo can actually. When Majunior gets rushed he cancels buff effects + reduces sub count by 10 and then you can switch to PTP or WT Goku to tank the rush

They probably need to up the effects of combo compensation again. Units coming out with instant cover null, +2 card draw speed, forced card draw effects, and "gain 50 ki every time your opponent blinks" just make PvP a slog every time. It's like they saw the reaction to Kefla + VB in the second anniversary, and said "but what if we did that for every team?" "But tanky units like GoFrieza would become unkillable!" That's better than them being unkillable _and_ insane damage dealers. And it would stop them from inevitably releasing that one unit that _can_ tank in this meta, who actually won't die from anything while every other unit remains a glass cannon at best.

Unfortunately I think the general consensus on this campaign as it's drawing to a close is that the only really remarkable unit was Kid Goku which is a little unfortunate, especially comparing to the last campaign which basically had fantastic units across the board. The only other upside was that both Zenkai were pretty decent but unfortunately they don't work as good bench options either because of the clash between Z ability and Zenkai ability. A little disappointing overall with 1 great unit, 1 pretty decent unit being Android 8 and the others are just kind of ok, not unbelievably terrible but they just can't fit into this ridiculously annoying meta. I do sincerely hope they release a more direct counter to Goku/Frieza next because as nice as the UVB counters have been the n1 unit does need to be put down a little at this point.

Can you try Yellow- Jiren Blue- ssgss zenaki goku Purple- UI Goku The team synergizes pretty well with your ssgss goku as the main damage dealer until he gets his buffs canceled from units. Jiren for buff wipe, and green machine, and UI for gauging playstyles.

With videos like this is easy to say that the new units are not bad, but they are not good enough for the meta. You can see (specially in the 3 first games) how Rayuden spent half match comboing and not making errors and when he makes one, game's Over or at least 1 kill. Its not fun playing with a team that its not very solid and only playing against pure meta just because is almost impossible for you to win

Man, it sucks how the 23rd Budokai Tenkaichi units got shafted. They are only sparkings, and the Goku is locked to DB to get all his passives. And unless you pulled all their new units, you cannot run DB since no other z abilities boost the tag. I hope legends fest brings out a DB unit, since there is so many hype moments that can be taken from DB. *COUGH COUGH TIEN COUGH COUGH* but, let’s home DB isn’t abandoned after this celebration

Oh yea dude uvb is def made for people who just wanna go ham and not think. 0 downsides, youre always safe. You can make mistakes and it isnt a big deal. Then you play vs them make 1 teeny tiny mistake and youve lost a char. Uvb and gofrieza promote a lazy playstyle
