Enjoyed seeing you guys at No Values! I'm assuming the Milkmen are either busy or on break, but looking forward to the return of Big Questions! For a while it became my adult equivalent of Saturday morning cartoons! 😊

Looks and sounds like a great trip. The Spiderman case on the carousel must have belonged to the guy watching Madame Web next to Rodney. I felt I was watching a true crime documentary when watching Joe's video.

Who did the slide show music between 27:00 and 30:57 ? Because it's very pleasant to listen to. Y'all should use that for a Milkmen song, I can imagine Rod narrating a "Cousin Earl" or "Stuart" type story over this. I know it's not the modern electro noise you usually go for, Rod, but this relaxing tuneful music would perfectly compliment whatever disturbing tales you have to share, and I would totally play this for my unassuming Woodstock generation relatives and inlaws and enjoy seeing their reaction when they notice what the vocalist is talking about. 😄

I absolutely love DM and went to No Values specifically to see them finally play in California. And they were, by far, the best show of the day. The only thing that sucked about it was the fact they could only play for about 40 minutes. I could listen to them play live for hours. That said, watching this video I’m realizing that Rodney has become my grandpa. Talking about every mundane aspect of his flight, complaining about decades old serial killers in the news that make California a scary prospect, and complaining about not getting a good bagel and the tedious process every step of the way through arriving to his lodging accommodations. You know what Stuart, I like you, but what about that pamphlet from Grand Rapids for Medicare part A B, and C? And don’t get me started about D and E! I’m just glad he’s not writing about the Hotel Sri Lanka now. Oy vey! They call that a continental breakfast! Again, I love you!
