Can someone please help me count between 3:52 and 4:17... my brain is falling apart. Is it in some divisor of 16?

Sounds like it's just in 4. The triple stops come in on the and of 3 and tie over until the and of 1 so you may be hearing one bar of 9 and one bar of 7
