Salute! Storykeeper sire of sickness. Take us on a trip to this ill orb from the depths of Nurgle's sinuses. Considering the nature of his adopted legion homeworld, it's no wonder Mortarion turned out so bitter. Again, like Fenris - what desperation led humans to want to colonize a place like this, in the first place? As with Nostramo, this world also sounds like its established residents deserved release, removal from such an environment adverse to the very survival of humanity. Although, not in the obvious 40k form of the final solution. Corrupted and rotten, Barbarus evidently deserved scouring for the sake of the Imperium's existence. Funny, that Nurgle's replacement for the original, material planet didn't inherit its name or any other identifiable designation. This grotesque orb does come across as more...lively?...active, than the XIVth's loyalist homeworld in descriptiveness and visual representations, both. Have I missed if or why a number of seven was chosen by the Guard or the Grandfather himself as the compliment of their plague companies and the keeps in which to accomodate them? Beastmen - well, I hadn't put thought to a connection to Nurgle and the Death Guard but now that I do I suppose that makes 'sense'...as it were. I wonder if Mortarion has to perpetually keep his occult book collection, being stored in a “mouldering” library, from rotting away. Disgusting, yet the biomechanical, tech blended with diseased organic matter nature does make the Plague Planet more studiously interesting to behold. The Peal Yard, alone, would make a gruesomely fascinating sight in passing. Hold your breath; don't sneeze or exhale. Sure, as a Daemon Prince Mortarion's science project, the Plague Planet's a point of fascination, GDN. Like studying mucus and bacteria under a microscope. Yech, gross but nonetheless very, sickly, distinct. Thank you oh so much, Narrator, for this ailing doctor's visit to the Death Guard's homeworlds. I'll look forward to your next in the series; ideally, less squishy. Until another cycle passes, Narrator, be well and have a happy and especially healthy week (with lots of cleansing sunshine). The Emperor's Golden disinfectant protects!

Oh man there no place like Barbarus that plague world that would be the end of any body then a space Marine astarte's I can imagine the green slime being like rolling valleys And huge groups of fly's moving like clouds in the sky, the picture art at 8:26 that's awesome Looking like a green pus and skull mountain nightmare of death, plus those necromancy knight's sound cool.Mortarion's personal keep with its dungeons and labs And probably the most sickening Site to behold. I can imagine it being a impenetrable metal structure within the mountain. itself and beastmen from Warhammer fant--I" mean from Warhammer 40K, is strange to know they'll in this universe plus it would be cool to have a 40k beastmen war heard, Axes made Of bone and chainmail made of fly's that shimmers and buzz with madness, also those books of Mortarion's that moan like a bloated corpse would be something I wouldn't want to collect as a collection of regret Also that little plague scribe at Mortarion's side at 10:48 looks like slimer body and the head of a slime from dragon quest, I got to say Mortarion' one heck of a multi-tasker using a Abacus. to count and writing with a bone as a quill on Old fashioned would makes him look old fashioned, the peel yard is horrifying what they do with those psykers to make there war engines of war is gruesome I" bet everyday Gortax is at home.Barbarus that planet of sick days with no end."😃👍

Barbarus was just a toxic world, not plauge ridden. And a fun fact. Mortarion keeps his adopted father Imprisoned in a tank of putid fluid inside his keep on the plague planet.

Does a Daenon priimarch have as much if not more than a daemon Prince that was a regular mortal. I imagine a primarchs soul has a lot more of a presence in the warp.
