Love this game as well! The only thing I dislike is there are no counter options, so I use mods. Are you ready for the sequel? Really nice vid btw, well spoken and knowledgeable.

Thank you for the kind words. I think they made the aesthetic work for what they have, but with such a focus on supply and unit fatigue, counters would have added something extra for sure. I'm also really excited for sequel. Unity of Command and War in the East were my first big steps into the genre (I wanted a bit from both ends) and I still love them.

@@HistoryClarified I STILL haven't tackled War in the East. DC: Barbarossa would probably be the closest I've came to WitE. I wonder if the two are comparable.

The WarSimmer They are in the sense that the scale is divisional and there is a management aspect but War in the East has so much going on under the hood and can be so much more finicky. I really like how DC’s card system alleviates a lot of the menu clicking that WitE has. That said, a German player will find it way more fun and rewarding vs. the logistical nightmare that DC portrays.
