20:38 There are a bunch of animes and moments in animes that get to me, upset me, break me, but I can't explain why EVERYTHING of Shizue makes my eyes tear up. Flash of her in the anime? Tears. Rimiru talks about Shizue's regrets? Tears. KZbin video narrating her seeing Rimiru again? Shite, you better believe I had to pause it to compose myself. I. Don't. Get. It! Shizue Izawa is like my weakest point in all of anime and light novels. This is my favorite arc, by a laaaarge margin. And that's saying a lot, because there's a lot of Tensura that I gotta get up and pace about out of hype.
